- 3-4 cardamom (crushed)
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp ghee

- Grind coconut coarsely and keep aside


- For Stuffing : Heat non-stick pan. Add 1 tsp ghee and fry the paneer till it become dry. Keep aside. In the same pan add little ghee fry grated coconut till it become light brown in colour. Keep aside. Cool it. Then combine paneer, coconut, crushed cardamom and powder sugar. Mix...well.



- For the dough : In a bowl combine wheat flour and oil. Mix...well Knead a smooth dough. Cover with muslin cloth and keep asidefor 15 minutes.
