- Cut all the vegetables in to cube size.heat oil in a pan. Fry all the vegetables with salt and turmeric powder.

- Add water and cook the vegetables soft.
- From 3/4 portion of crated coconut grind 1/4 coconut with cashew nuts to a fine paste. Grind and take coconut milk from the remaining portion.
- When the vegetable is cooked add coconut paste and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour coconut milk with required water and cook for a minute.
- Turn off the flame. Then add lemon juice and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. It's ready to serve
