- Switch in the gas heat the idli container add water n keep the mould into it n cook the idli at least 30 to 45 minutes after 45 minutes our fluffy idli is ready to serve,



- Now our delicious fluffy idli coconut chutney is ready to serve hot in a serving plate with coconut chutney take a one raw coconut make small pieces take mixture jar add into the coconut pieces green chilli salt n roasted gram dal n grind the chutney And give the tadka take a tadka pan heat the oil add mustard seeds n curry leaves n red chilli if crackle add into the chutney now our coconut chutney also ready serve with hot idli.
