  1. First take your Little millet measured by one and half glas just dry roast with the help of ghee after completely roasted keep it aside.
  2. Next step is keep a sauce pan pour 3to 4 glass of water let them boil nicely..
  3. Next step is cut all your vegetables in to cubes like onion,carrot,tomato,green chilli,curry leaves,coriander leaves,potato,capsicum and peas and keep it aside

    After sometime pour black rai,urad dal,Chann dal,green chilli,curry leaves let them fry for sometime then add hing add slowly cut onions,then capsicum,carrot,potato,peas,let them cook nicely then pour your boil water 2 and half glass for the first remaining according to your requirement add slowly.because millets will take much water...add haldi powder salt add your fried Little millet slowly.

Then after sometime turned on both side then add little by little slowly add your water.cooking time required atleast 7,to 8 minute take big spatula to turn nicely in between add your remaining ghee and butter.when completely cooked decorate with coriander leaves.When cook with coconut oil nice aroma will spread in your kitchen.

Next take coconut grated,green chilli,salt,puffed channa dal everything pour it in your mixie grind nicely.take small fry pan pour refined oil after that pour black rai,urad dal,hing and curry leaves everything turned in to golden colour then add in your coconut chutney bowl and serve with your vegetable Little millet upma with chutney..
