- Marinate the fish.keep it for 30 minutes and fry it
- Add the ghee into a vessel and add cumin seeds and pepper when the oil is hot
- Add the sliced onion into it.when the onion become slightly brown add crushed ginger and garlic.cut the tomatoes in round and add it
- add turmeric powder,chilli powder and chilli powder and one or two pieces of fish(minse the fish and add)
- Add 4 cups of water. When the water starts boiling add the arabic masala, garam masala,curry leaf,corriander leaf,dry lemon and stir it and add salt if necessary after that add the rice
- When the water level is down add capsicum and green chilli.close the vessel with a lid and low the flame to minimum
- Stir the rice frequently and check if there is enough water for the rice to get cooked.if not,add small amount of water like not more than half cup
- When the rice is completely cooked place the fried fishes on the top of the rice and also add the chopped corriander leaf.keep the vessel tightly closed for some time and serve it
