Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Tender Coconut Kulfi:
- 2 - Tender coconuts flesh (Malai)finely chopped
- 1 litre - Milk
- 1/2 cup - Coconut milk powder
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 tbspn - Pistachios or Almonds finely chopped
Steps to make Tender Coconut Kulfi
- In a non-stick pan or thick bottom Kadhai pour the milk and bring to boil. Then reduce the flame and let it simmer for some time till the milk reduces to 1/3 rd the quantity. Keep stirring the milk in between.

- Then add the sugar and coconut milk powder and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Then add the chopped almonds or pistachios and finely chopped tender coconut pieces in the milk.Cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.



- By now the milk would have become thick. Turn off the heat and let it cool down.
- Then pour the reduced milk into kulfi moulds.Freeze them overnight.

- Before serving garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios and some slices of tender coconut if you like. Serve immediately. Enjoy your kulfi with family and friends.
