- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Jeera powder
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1-2 tsp ghee
- Pinch hing powder
- 1 tsp Oil
- 4-5 curry leaves
Instructions to make Dry coconut chutney
- In a plate take grated coconut. Add chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, jeera powder and sugar.


- Mix well.

- In a kadhai add ghee. When it's hot add hing powder.



- Then add curry leaves.

- When it splutters add the mixture and keep on stirring constantly until it's crispy.


- Once it's crispy remove from kadhai, let it cool and then store in an airtight container.
