- 1 cup grated Coconut
- 1 cup Phool Makhana
- 1 cup Melon seeds
- 1 cup Gondh
- 3 cup Sugar
- 1.25 cup water
- 2 tbsp Desi ghee
Instructions to make Shahi Coconut Panjiri/Burfi/Tukdi with Nuts
- First,roast all the nuts and coconut except gondh until they become crisp and light golden in color on low to medium flame.Don't burn it. Then fry the gondh in 1 tbsp Desi ghee it become fluffy and crisp.
- Now coarsely grind all the nuts and coconut except gondh in mixie on pulse mode(2-3 pulse). Don't make powder.
- Keep aside coarsely crushed material.let it cool
- In the next step, we have to make sugar syrup.For this take a pan add 3 cup sugar and 1.25 cup water in it put it into medium to high flame to make a consistency of sugar syrup upto 3 strings.
- Now take a big thali/dish/plate and grease it properly with Desi ghee.
- Now add all the ingredients into sugar syrup mix well and do mixing little fast they don't become dry and then pour into your greased thali/dish/plate.
- Now leave it to set properly and then cut into pieces.
- Ready to serve and eat.
