I dont add a whole lot of seasoning because it comes out perfect with just pepper and sea salt.
  5. When potatoes start to soften i like to cover and turn heat down and stir occasionally. If u dont want them super soft then keep uncovered and turn down the heat just a little.
  6. These are good as is or with a dish of your choice.
