  1. Take paneer in a plate. Wash them. Cut them into cubes. Drizzle oil in pan. Fry the paneer cubes.
  2. Chop coconut into small pieces. Grind coconuts with cashews into a smooth paste.
  3. Now add the paste in pan. Add cinnamon sticks and dry red chilli. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and sugar in the pan. Mix everything. Cook for few minutes in low flame.
  4. Add water. Let it simmer for few more minutes. As gravy thickens, curry gets ready.
