A mildly tangy and a lovely looking light Green Chutney with Fresh Coconut and Curry Leaves is an interesting twist by me to the yummy Fresh Coconut Chutney from down South.
I have used fresh Curry Leaves in it along with a little bit of Tamarind for an extra zing. It is therefore light Green in colour and absolutely delicious too. It goes well with South Indian Breakfast dishes as well as a lovely Dip for many an excellent Snack items too.
The best part is that it's a no Cook one. Tempering gives it a unique flavour and aroma. It compliments all the amazing Breakfast dishes from the South.
Lemon juice can be used too in place of dry Tamarind. The choice is all yours.
And not only that, let me tell you that it makes for an excellent Sandwich spread too. Because of it's creamy texture, it's absolutely preferable as a spread. From Sandwiches to Rolls and Wraps, it's amazingly awesome.

- 3-4 dry Red Chillies

- Add everything to a blender jar. Blend to a smooth Chutney using water as needed. Do not add more of it.
