  27. 1/2 tbsp garlic,ginger,green chilli paste

  29. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  30. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  1. Coconut greavy :

    Add oil into a pan. Oil is heated add dry red chilli, mustard seed, fenugreek seed.

    After 4-5 second add green chilli,Curry leaves, chopped Ginger, chopped garlic.
  2. Then after 10 second add onion, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste then mix it and saute for 1 min in low flame.

    Then add Tomato, black pepper powder and cook for 2-3 minute.
  3. Then add water, water is boiling at that time add Coconut milk, salt to taste, lemon juice.

    Into a bowl add boiled and mashed potato, Ginger-garlic-chilli paste, lemon juice, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and mix it well.

    Into a bowl add flour, salt and knead a dough using coconut water.(knead a dough lightly smooth)
  7. Then Take a kneaded dough and divide in equal parts.
  8. And make round help of the finger and stuff with stuffing and round it & press lightly.
