- If you are using frozen coconut, defrost it.
On medium heat, add ghee in a pan. Once melted add the shredded coconut and cook for about 8 minutes or until all the water is absorbed. Add in the milk powder and cook for 2 minutes.


- Add jaggery and cook until it forms a dough like texture and the ghee leaving the sides. This should take around 15 minutes.



- Transfer in a greased tray and garnish with coloured shredded coconut.
Let it set for few hours. Cut in desired shape and enjoy.
