  1. First wash your plain rice for 3 hours previous. Day itself.Then early morning wash it nicely then take a grinder pour your rice and add grated coconut,salt,cooking soda,coconut milk,two white eggs everything blend and grind smoothly and add water one and half cup.Then set for fermentation.

Then after sometime pour black rai,jeera,curry leaves,hing everything few drops,then transfer your cut onion first after golden brown,add your cut tomato,green chilli,everything mixed pour your cooked Moog dal,then immediately add jeera powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,everything mix nicely.finalky add salt also.
  6. Everything blend nicely good aroma will arise then coriander leaves then you have to take appe kadai.
  7. Take a appe kadai let them heat for sometime in a gas then control your gas flame drop few drops of coconut oil and with help of cut onion coat one time over it then immediately pour your one big spoon to appe batter in to the container with the help of hand you have clock wise direction rotate the appe container it will stick nicely with the whole area and immediately cover with a lid.wait for few Minute.
  8. After some time you have open it is completely cooked and easily removed from the appe container then enjoy with moog dal dish and tomato and onion chutney.
