  3. Add chicken and chopped green chilies and curry leaves. Cook for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add soaked rice, salt, coconut water, stock or water, and stir once, cover, and cook until water is absorbed.
  5. Once done, set it aside and keep it covered for 5 mins.
  6. Plate with salad and enjoy a comfort meal.
