- For rice in a sufuria bring water to a boil.....add little cooking oil, salt, curry powder and coconut cream.......stir.....rince your rice well......add in the boiling water.......stir once more leave it to cook....
- On the other side......boil water add a pinch of salt + a pinch of baking soda(to retain the green colour in peas).....add your washed peas let them boil together for 3_4mins.....
- Remove from fire....drain water from peas.......since with cold water(to stop cooking process) set a side
- In a sufuria fry onion + garlic.....add in potatoes let them fry for like 4-5mins........now add in tomatoes, salt, turmeric, nutmeg, ketchup.....carrot stir let them cook well...(you can add little water for soup if you like)....cover let them cook for some few minutes for potatoes to cook....
- Now add in your pre boiled peas as the last step......stir give it like 2mins to boil then serve with rice......enjoy!
