- 2 table spoon ghee
- 1 table spoon white urad dal & channa dal
- 2 dry red chilli 🌶
- Some curry leaves 🍃
- 3 table spoon cashewnut
- Salt, 1 tea spoon haldi powder
- 1 tea spoon jeera, mustard seeds & fenugreek seeds
- 1 cup boiled peas
Steps to make Coconut Rice
- Boil rice, add some salt & keep aside. Boil peas also. Grate fresh coconut.


- In a pan add ghee roast chilli, jeera, mustard & fenugreek seeds. When cracked all ingredients, add peas & roast them for 2 min.



- Now add some salt, haldi, curry leaves, & coconut. Cooked it for 2 min, cover with lid.


- At last add boiled rice, mix all things together & again cover it for some time. Garnish it with coconut & fried cashewnut.


- Serve this delicious & healthy meal garam garam.
