- 1 bowl grated coconut
- 2 boiled potatoes grated
- 2 finely chopped green chilies
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 2 tsp sugar
- To taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp jeera(cumin) seeds
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- 1/2 bowl fried crushed dryfruit (cashew, almonds, raisins)

- 2 bowl maida/All-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp baking soda

- In a large bowl Knead mix all the dough ingredients, Knead a tight dough cover it and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
- Take another large bowl add grated potatoes, grated coconut, salt, black salt, chilies, sugar, lemon juice, jeera, asafoedita, chat masala and crushed dryfruits. Mix it with soft hands and keep aside

- Now Knead the kachori dough again and remove air bubbles. Take a small portions of the dough and flatten it.
- Now scoop 1 tbsp of prepared coconut stuffing and place in the centre,get the edges together close the top seal it tightly and flattening it again. Repeat this procedure for others.

- Meanwhile heat the oil in kadai add the prepared coconut kachori and fry on both sides until it becomes golden brown and crispy.

- Serve this coconut kachori with green or tamarind chutney taste is yummy.
