  2. In the mean time,take a big pan or steamer,pour 2 cups of water and boil.Grease idli moulds with oil.Add Eno fruit salt and mix.(Just before steaming the idlis)Place a piece of coconut,fill idli moulds with this batter and steam it for 8 min.Let it cool slightly.
  3. Demould all the idlis.Serve it with sambhar and coconut chutney.
