  3. (Use a wok) Add Sesame oil, when steaming add the cloves of garlic and the ginger. Fry it for a minute. After that take garlic and ginger out.
  4. Add 3 cup of cooked rice. Mix and fry it 4 minutes
  5. Add some soy sauce, ham, some yellow plantain (all vegetables, ham and plantains must be cut as cube)
  6. Add all vegetables (except cilantro and scallion) (cut onions in smaller cube), cut and add omelettes, add some oyster sauce. Mix it. Add soy and more oyster sauce as you taste. Sauces bring color, salt and some Asiatic taste.
  7. Remember to add an mix cilantro and scallion when you turn off fire.
  8. Optional: I like to add some cashew seeds to decorate it and give a special and crunchy taste.
